Jumoke is the Head, Human Resources & Administration of the firm, saddled with the responsibility of the implementation of an enterprise-wise strategy for effectively managing human capital administration and responsible for defining and implementing the strategic direction goals and execution of key initiatives across the BPS, aligned with Corporate Strategies and Regulatory requirements.

Since joining BPS in 2002, Jumoke has held several positions including Senior Client Service Manager, Senior Financial Accounting and Reporting. She is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion. She is also the Executive Champion for ethical conduct and professionalism. She is a graduate of Accounting and Post Graduate Diploma in Office and Information Management from Lead City University. Ibadan. Nigeria.

She also has Certificate courses in Human Resources Management from the International Business Management Institute Berlin. German. Personal Branding the University of Virginia. Charlottesville. United States and gained significant financial experience and practices in International Financial Reporting Standards with Business Professional Services Lagos. She is skilled in the conception of HR strategy and execution of HR service with a passion for people, change, and performance. Her background cuts across talent management, compensation and benefits management, learning and development, performance management, organizational development, HR metrics and analytics, HR strategy, people experience, and culture.
